1. Paintings
– No Returns: Due to the unique nature of our paintings, we do not accept returns on paintings. All sales are final.

2. Accessories
– Returns Due to Defects: If an accessory you purchased is defective, please contact us immediately. You can reach us at contact@aekeyartist.com. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item. Please note that returns are only accepted for accessories with defects and must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

3. Refunds
– Refund Options: Refunds for returned accessories will be processed as follows:
– Original Payment Method: Refunds can be issued back to the original payment method.
– Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days.

4. Cancellation
– Cancellation is not available at the moment.
